FORMS AROUND SOUND DOCTRINE OF CHRIST
(John
7:23-24) "23 If a man receives circumcision on the Sabbath so that the
law of Moses may not be broken, Are you angry with me because on the
Sabbath a man completely healed? 24 Do not judge according to appearance, but judge righteous judgment. " The
fear of God is that by subsidiary that hates sin and turns away from

Historically man has endeavored to raise the ways the principles. What
matters is not the objective, but that the ways to achieve it, the
premise would be more rooted in our hearts and fallen nature because of
sin. The text which heads this sermon speaks of the principles on shapes. The
Lord Jesus, the author and finisher of all things, vindicating the

ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the
righteous, 30 And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we
would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. 31 So you testify against yourselves that you are sons of those who murdered the prophets. 32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers! 33 serpents, ye generation of vipers! How can you escape the damnation of hell? ".
The
apostle Paul defines well the sentiments of those Pharisees who with

The Pharisees were and are the faction of Judaism more legalistic and formalistic than anyone has ever known. The
apostle Paul was one of them, therefore, as they thought and knew that
"zeal" defending their religious tenets over the legitimate interests of
God. For them the most important thing was the packaging rather than the content. Was
more predominant the sacrifices mercy (Hosea 6:6) "For I desire mercy,
not sacrifice, and acknowledgment of God rather than burnt offerings."When
Jesus Christ came and established the Sound Doctrine of Christ, as the

The Bible clearly presents a people is taken and set amidst forms of ceremonies and rituals that must be met fully. I mean the people of the Lord God. In

your house and on your gates. "When
we reviewed the traditions and forms of Judaism over passages like
these, we found them under "literal interpretation" adopted the use of

CHRIST THE KILLER OF FORMSUnlike

rituals and traditions, Jesus shows us in his teaching, that the

Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and
humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honor to the satisfying
of the flesh. "The text is extremely positive regarding the subject.Although the context points to Jewish practices, the value of it is perfectly applicable to the forms of Christianity today.The
apostolic commandment says not to judge in terms of shapes, and
conversely, the importance must be placed on the ground and principle,
which is Jesus Christ. The rest is just shadow. Paul
reasons so teaches us to defend forms is as if we lived in the world
still subjected to human precepts and prohibitions of men who try to
earn God's favor in exchange for good works.Legitimate
Christianity based on the Sound Doctrine of Christ unlike religion, not

LA
SANA DOCTRINA ES PIEDRA DE TROPIEZO PARA LA MAYORÍA
Se cuenta la
historia de un rey que quería enseñarle a su pueblo buenas costumbres. Cierta
noche, dejó en medio del camino una enorme piedra, y luego se dispuso a
observar a los que pasaban. El
primero en pasar fue un carnicero que iba al trabajo. Se tropezó contra
la piedra. Echando maldiciones, continuó por su camino.
El
segundo en pasar fue un vendedor.
Cuando la rueda de su carreta pegó contra la piedra, dijo: ¡A qué tonto se le
habrá ocurrido dejar esta enorme piedra aquí! Y siguió por su camino. Las cosas
siguieron iguales durante el resto del día, hasta que, por la tarde, una muchacha humilde iba regresando
a la casa después de un largo día de trabajo.
Viendo la enorme
piedra, pensó: "Ya oscurece, y
alguien se podría lastimar con esa piedra. Mejor la voy a mover, para que nadie
se lastime". Agachándose, empezó a mover la piedra, que estaba algo
pesada. Para su sorpresa, había algo debajo de la piedra - una caja de madera.
Cuando levantó la caja, descubrió que estaba más pesada que la piedra - porque
estaba llena de monedas de oro. El rey había dejado la caja como premio para la
primera persona que moviera la piedra.
Observemos, en
esta pequeña historia, las diferentes funciones de la piedra, dependiendo de
las diferentes reacciones de las personas. Muchos se tropezaron contra la

a fondo la piedra. Para ella, fue de gran bendición. La Biblia nos habla de una

efectos en nuestra vida.
Leamos acerca de
esta piedra en (Romanos 9:30-10:3) “30 ¿Qué, pues, diremos? Que los gentiles, que no iban tras la justicia,
han alcanzado la justicia, es decir, la justicia que es por fe; 31 más Israel, que iba tras una ley de
justicia, no la alcanzó. 32 ¿Por
qué? Porque iban tras ella no por fe,
sino como por obras de la ley, pues tropezaron en la piedra de tropiezo,
33 como está escrito: He aquí pongo
en Sion piedra de tropiezo y roca de caída; Y el que creyere en él, no
será avergonzado. 1
Hermanos, ciertamente el anhelo de mi corazón, y mi oración a Dios por Israel,
es para salvación. 2 Porque yo les
doy testimonio de que tienen celo de Dios, pero no conforme a ciencia. 3 Porque ignorando la justicia de Dios, y
procurando establecer la suya propia, no se han sujetado a la justicia de
Dios”.
La
Sana Doctrina de Cristo por medio del apóstol Pablo nos sigue explicando por
qué el pueblo de Israel, después de 2.000 años de preparación, no había
reconocido al Salvador prometido cuando El llegó.
En el proceso de la salvación, nunca se
ha salvado nadie simplemente por pertenecer a cierto grupo racial o religioso.
(Isa
28:15,16) “15 Por cuanto habéis dicho: Pacto
tenemos hecho con la muerte, e hicimos convenio con el Seol; cuando pase el
turbión del azote, no llegará a nosotros,
porque hemos puesto nuestro refugio en la mentira, y en la falsedad nos
esconderemos;
16
por tanto, Jehová el Señor dice así: He aquí que yo he puesto en Sion por
fundamento una piedra, piedra probada,
angular, preciosa, de cimiento estable;
el que creyere, no se apresure”.
Así
como Dios no acepta a nadie simplemente porque pertenece a cierto grupo racial,
El tampoco rechaza a nadie simplemente porque pertenece a cierto grupo racial. Desde el día de Pablo hasta hoy, un remanente del pueblo judío sí aceptó
las buenas nuevas. Sin embargo, para la mayoría, Jesús se convirtió en una piedra de tropiezo - así como lo es para
muchas personas hoy en día.
Miremos en (Romanos 9:33), donde se combinan dos
versos de Isaías. La piedra puesta en Sión - es decir, en medio del pueblo de
Dios - causa dos reacciones. Algunos
tropiezan y caen, mientras que otros confían y se mantienen firmes. ¿De dónde
la diferencia? La diferencia nace de dos diferentes caminos para llegar a
Jesucristo. Dependiendo del camino por el cual llegas a El, El podrá hacerte
tropezar, o podrá ser tu seguridad. El
error que cometía la mayoría de los judíos - y que comete mucha gente religiosa
hoy en día también - es seguir el camino de la ley.
Una de las ideas

que dicen? Trato. Como los judíos que creían que el intento es suficiente.
Otras
personas dicen: "Me gusta escuchar la Palabra de Dios". ¿Te das
cuenta? Como el pueblo judío, creen que con escuchar y conocer, ya han logrado
algo. Vamos a ver cómo responde la Biblia
a estas ideas. Pensemos primeramente en
la persona que siempre trata de obedecer, para ganarse el cielo.
Miremos (Romanos 9:31,32) “31 más Israel, que iba tras una ley de justicia, no la alcanzó. 32 ¿Por qué? Porque iban tras ella no por fe, sino como por obras de la ley,
pues tropezaron en la piedra de tropiezo”. ¿Qué
sucedió con los que buscaban acercarse a Dios portándose bien? ¡Fracasaron!
Tropezaron con la Piedra de tropiezo. ¿Por
qué? Porque querían lograrlo por medio de las obras, no por medio de la fe.
Pensémoslo por un momento. Si
nosotros pudiéramos agradar a Dios portándonos bien y haciendo cosas buenas, ¿Por qué murió Jesucristo?
Si
tú y yo podemos ser lo suficientemente buenos como para llegar a Dios por
nuestra propia cuenta, entonces Jesús no tuvo por qué morir en la cruz.
Hubiera sido mejor que Jesús se quedara en el cielo, disfrutando de la
adoración de los ángeles. Si tú y yo podemos ganarnos el cielo, ¡su muerte se vuelve innecesaria! Fue un
desperdicio.
Es por este
motivo que Jesús y su Sana doctrina, se convierte en Piedra de tropiezo para
todos los que se tratan de acercar a Dios por medio de las obras. La mayoría de
los judíos tropezó porque pensaban que sus esfuerzos por obedecer la ley que
Dios les había dado eran suficientes para asegurar su favor. Para ellos, la muerte de Jesucristo era innecesaria,
sin sentido.
Su
forma de pensar se parece a la de quienes creen que entrarán al cielo porque
siempre tratan de obedecer los Diez Mandamientos. Esos
mandamientos son parte de la misma ley que los judíos trataban de obedecer,
pero Pablo aquí nos dice que eso no es suficiente.
Si
tú y yo podemos lograr que Dios nos acepte portándonos bien, la muerte de
Jesucristo se vuelve innecesaria. Me ha
tocado hablar con muchas personas que reconocen que Jesús murió por nosotros,
pero no entienden por qué. Dicen que
Jesús murió para demostrarnos el amor de Dios. Esto es cierto, pero no es
suficiente. También dicen que Jesús murió para enseñarnos a morir. ¡La gente supo morir perfectamente bien por
miles de años antes de que Jesús viniera al mundo!
Ninguna
de éstas es razón suficiente para que Jesús dejara la gloria del cielo y se
sometiera a la muerte cruel y degradante de la cruz.
La única razón suficiente es que Jesús murió porque tú y yo necesitamos un
Substituto, alguien que muriera en nuestro lugar. Jesús no es sólo un ejemplo para nosotros, aunque debemos de seguir su
ejemplo. Es un sacrificio por nuestro pecado.
Si
no comprendemos esto, entonces Jesús se convierte en piedra de tropiezo para
nosotros. No comprendemos por qué murió, y no
le damos el lugar que El se merece al centro de nuestra vida. Si tú estás
tratando de llegar a Dios haciendo cosas buenas, Jesús se va a convertir en una
piedra de tropiezo para ti - por más que
creas que Jesús murió, no vas a comprender por qué.
Jesús
también se convierte en piedra de tropiezo para los que tratan de llegar a Dios
por medio de las ganas. Observa (Romanos 10:2) “Porque yo les doy
testimonio de que tienen celo de Dios, pero no conforme a ciencia”.
Pablo
testifica de su amado pueblo judío que ellos tenían celo por Dios, pero su celo
no se basaba en el conocimiento de la Sana doctrina de Cristo.
En otras palabras, tenían muchas ganas de quedar bien con Dios, pero no habían
comprendido cómo lograrlo.
La
palabra que se traduce "conocimiento" no se refiere solamente a saber
algo. No es sólo tener información, sino tener comprensión. Es entender.
El pueblo judío tenía mucha información
acerca de Dios; conocían bien su ley, pero
no habían entendido su propósito. Tenían malentendidos, aunque
sinceros.
(2Co
3:15) “Y aun hasta el día de hoy, cuando se lee a Moisés, el velo está puesto
sobre el corazón de ellos”.
(Ef
4:18) “teniendo el entendimiento entenebrecido, ajenos de la vida de Dios por
la ignorancia que en ellos hay, por la dureza de su corazón”.
Hoy
en día, hay una idea muy común. Es la idea de que lo único que cuenta es la
sinceridad. Si tú sinceramente buscas a Dios,
no importa cómo lo haces; El te aceptará. Lo interesante es que no aplicamos
esta idea en otras áreas de la vida.
Si
cruzamos la calle, miramos antes de cruzar; ¡no pensamos que nuestra sinceridad
nos protegerá del tráfico! La Biblia nos enseña que el celo - las ganas, la
sinceridad - no es suficiente. A pesar de que la mayoría de los judíos
buscaba
a Dios con mucho celo, tropezaron con la Piedra porque ignoraron la verdad.
No importa la devoción que sientes ni la fuerza de tus sentimientos si no van
de acuerdo con la verdad de la Sana Doctrina de Cristo en la Palabra de Dios.
Si
las buenas obras no son suficientes y las ganas no son suficientes, ¿qué es
suficiente? Sólo Cristo. Si tratamos de
llegar mediante las obras o el celo, tropezaremos. En cambio, si confiamos en
Cristo, no seremos defraudados. La última frase del verso (Romanos 9:33) lo dice con claridad “33como está escrito: He aquí pongo en Sion piedra de tropiezo y
roca de caída; Y el que creyere en él,
no será avergonzado”.
Es
sólo cuando llegamos a Cristo reconociendo que El es el único sacrificio por
nuestro pecado, el único que merece ser el Señor de nuestra vida, el único que
nos puede llevar a Dios que El deja de ser piedra de tropiezo y se convierte en
un fundamento sólido para nuestra vida.
La
confianza en Jesucristo - la decisión de
entregarnos a Jesús, dependiendo de Jesús para nuestro destino y para la vida
en el presente - es lo que transforma la Piedra de tropiezo en una Roca firme.
Es al confiar en Jesús que se convierte en la base sólida para nuestra vida.
Si estamos
confiando en Jesús, no seremos defraudados - ni en esta vida, ni en el día del
juicio final. Nada más es suficiente. ¡Sólo Cristo! Te pregunto: ¿Has llegado a
confiar en Jesús? ¿Mantienes tu confianza?

SOUND DOCTRINE stumbling block IS FOR MOST
It tells the story of a king who wanted to teach his people morality. One night, stopped in the road a huge stone, and then set out to observe who passed. The first to go was a butcher who was going to work. She tripped on the stone. Cursing, he continued on his way.
The second pass was a salesman. When the wheel of his cart stuck against the stone, said: Which fool will have happened to leave this huge stone here! And he went on his way. Things remained the same for the rest of the day until the afternoon, a girl humble was returning home after a long day at work.
Seeing the huge stone, he thought: "It gets dark, and could hurt someone with that stone. Better I will move, so no one gets hurt." Bending down, he began to move the stone, which was rather heavy. To his surprise, there was something under the stone - a wooden box. When he lifted the box, discovered she was heavier than the stone - it was full of gold coins. The king had left the box as a prize to the first person who moved the stone.

Because they sought it not by faith, but by the works of the law, they stumbled at the stumbling stone, 33 as it is written, Behold, I lay in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock fall, and he that believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 1 Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is for salvation. 2 For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. "
Sound Doctrine of Christ through the Apostle Paul goes on to explain why the people of Israel, after 2,000 years of preparation, had not recognized the promised Savior when He came. In the process of salvation, never saved anyone just because they belong to certain racial or religious.(Isa 28:15,16) "15 Because ye have said, We have made a Covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass, not come to us, for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:16 Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste. "
Just as God does not accept people simply because they belong to a certain racial group, The rejects no one simply because they belong to a certain racial group. From Paul's day to today, a remnant of the Jewish people did accept the good news. However, for most, Jesus became a stumbling block - and it is for many people today.
Look in (Romans 9:33), which combines two verses of Isaiah. The stone lay in Zion - that is, among the people of God - cause two reactions. Some stumble and fall, while others rely and stand firm. Where the difference? The difference stems from two different paths to get to Jesus. Depending on the way in which you come to Him, He will make you stumble, or may be your safety. The mistake most committed Jews - and that makes many religious people today as well - is to follow the path of law.
One of the common ideas of the Jewish people was that the attempt to keep the commandments of God was sufficient to merit eternal life. Another idea was that knowledge of the laws of God was essential to salvation, therefore, people who did not know the law of God - that is, all non-Jewish people - had no hope of eternal life.
Are there people today who think the same? I have and I met with many of them. I say things like: "I think I'll go to heaven because I always try to be a good person." You hear the word they say? Deal. Like the Jews who believed that the attempt is enough.
Other people say: "I like to hear the Word of God." Do you realize? As the Jewish people believe that listen and learn, and have accomplished something. Let's see how the Bible answers to these ideas. Consider first the person who always tries to obey, to earn heaven.
Look (Romans 9:31,32) "31 plus Israel, pursuing a law of righteousness, did not arrive. 32 Why? Because they sought it not by faith, but by the works of the law, they stumbled at that stumbling stone. " What happened to those seeking to approach God being good? They failed! They ran into the stone of stumbling. Why? Because they wanted to achieve through the works, not by faith. Let's think for a moment. If we could please God portándonos well and doing good things, why Jesus died?
If you and I can be good enough to reach God on our own, then why Jesus did not die on the cross. Jesus would have been better to stay in the sky, enjoying the adoration of the angels. If you and I can gain heaven, death becomes unnecessary! It was a waste.
It is for this reason that Jesus and his Sound doctrine, it becomes a stone of stumbling for all who try to approach God through the works. Most Jews stumbled because they thought their efforts to obey the law which God had given were sufficient to ensure their favor. For them, the death of Christ was unnecessary, meaningless.
His thinking is similar to those who believe that enter heaven because they always try to obey the Ten Commandments. These commands are part of the same law that the Jews tried to obey, but Paul here tells us that that is not enough.
If you and I can get God to accept us portándonos good, and death of Jesus Christ becomes unnecessary. I have had to talk to many people who recognize that Jesus died for us, but do not understand why. They say that Jesus died to show us God's love. This is true, but not enough. They also say that Jesus died to teach us how to die. People die knew perfectly well for thousands of years before Jesus came to earth!
None of these is reason enough for Jesus left the glory of heaven and submit to cruel and degrading death of the cross. The only reason is enough that Jesus died for you and I need a Substitute, one who died in our place. Jesus is not only an example for us, but we must follow his example. It is a sacrifice for our sin.
If you do not understand this, then Jesus becomes a stumbling block for us. We do not understand why he died, and do not give the place he deserves in the center of our lives. If you are trying to reach God by doing good things, Jesus is going to become a stumbling block for you - even though you believe that Jesus died, you will not understand why.
Jesus also becomes a stumbling block for those trying to reach God through the will. Notes (Romans 10:2) "For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge."Paul testifies of his beloved Jewish people that they have a zeal for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge of the doctrine of Christ Sana. In other words, were eager to get right with God, but had not understood how.
The word translated "knowledge" refers not only to know something. Not only have information, but to have understanding. It is understanding. The Jewish people have much information about God knew their law, but did not understand its purpose. They had misunderstandings, but sincere.
(2 Corinthians 3:15) "But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart."(Eph 4:18) "Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart".
Today, there is a common idea. It is the idea that all that matters is sincerity. If you sincerely seek God, no matter how you do, He will accept. The interesting thing is that we do not apply this idea in other areas of life.If we cross the street, look before crossing, do not think that our sincerity traffic will protect us! The Bible teaches us that zeal - the desire, sincerity - not enough. Although most Jews
sought God with great zeal, Stone stumbled because they ignored the truth. No matter you feel devotion or the strength of your feelings if they are not according to the truth of the Sound Doctrine of Christ in the Word of God.
If good works are not enough and desire are not enough, what is enough? Only Christ. If we try to get through the works or the zeal, stumble. But if we trust in Christ, we will not be disappointed. The last sentence of the verse (Romans 9:33) clearly says "33como is written, Behold, I lay in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock of and he that believeth on him shall not be ashamed."
It is only when we recognize that Christ is the only sacrifice for our sin, the one who deserves to be Lord of our life, the only thing we can bring to God that He is no longer a stumbling block and becomes a foundation solid for our lives.
Trust in Jesus Christ - the decision to surrender to Jesus, depending on Jesus for our destiny and life in the present - is what transforms the stone of stumbling on a firm rock. It is to trust Jesus that becomes the foundation for our lives.
If we are trusting in Jesus, we will not be disappointed - either in this life or in the day of judgment. Nothing is enough. Only Christ! I ask you: Have you come to believe in Jesus? Do you keep your confidence?
