The favor of God is necessary for our happiness : the salvation of Christ is necessary for our security . Where you attend this, everything else will take its rightful place . The part of Marta would be cut off because their services would die with her, that of Mary ever, spiritual and eternal. The two disciples were sincere , but the one was absorbed in the highest way to honor his Lord , and the other on the way down . INTRODUCTION :What do you do in a typical day ? Our life on earth is very short , our days are numbered and decline with each passing second . I. BE A SPIRITUAL BELIEVER .In the world there are three types believers and each is evidenced by their behavior :
1). NATURAL BELIEVERS ( 1Cor.2 : 14 ) . " But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him , and he can not understand them because they are spiritually discerned ." These are people who believe in anything and who also believe in God, but they are not saved because they are born again and have the Spirit of God.(James 1:22-26 ) " 22 But be ye doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves . 23 For if any be a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face mirror . 24 for he observes himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continues therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in what he does. 26 If anyone among you thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this man's religion is vain . "

2). CARNAL BELIEVERS ( 1Cor.3 :1 -3 ) . " 1 And I , brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. 2 I gave you milk , not solid food , for you were not yet able , or are capable yet , 3 For ye are yet carnal : for whereas there is among you envying , and strife , are ye not carnal , and walk as men ? " . This type of believers , believe in their own way and live for themselves , do not give much importance to spiritual things and therefore do not mature .( Gal.5 :16 -21 ) " 16 I say then , Walk in the Spirit and not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit , and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary to one another , to not do what you want . 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit , ye are not under the law. 19 are manifest works of the flesh are : adultery , fornication, uncleanness , lasciviousness , 20 Idolatry , witchcraft, hatred , variance, emulations , wrath, strife , seditions , heresies, 21 envy, murders , drunkenness , revelries, and things like these, of which I forewarn you just as I did before, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. "

3). SPIRITUAL BELIEVERS ( 1Cor.2 :15 -16 ) . "In spiritual judgeth all things , yet he himself is judged of no man . 16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord ? Who will instruct ? But we have the mind of Christ. " These believers are they who strive to maintain an intimate communion with God through the spiritual disciplines of prayer, Bible reading and faithful attendance at church and living in the fruits of the Holy Spirit .( Gal.5 :22 -25 ) " 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy , peace , patience , kindness, goodness , faith, 23 Meekness , temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live by the Spirit , let us also walk by the Spirit " .
Build your life on the spiritual values ​​of the Word of God. " Feed your new spiritual life with the Word and prayer , create a daily devotional , get involved in church programs . It deals with the desires of the flesh, those who are in the flesh can not please God ( Romans 8 :5 -8 ) " 5 For those who are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh , but those who are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace . 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God , neither indeed can be 8 and those who are in the flesh can not please God. "
ILLUSTRATION : A master mason in years and was ready to retire . He told his boss of his plans to leave the building business to live a more leisurely life with his wife enjoying his family. At important points we do not put our best in our work. Then with sorrow we see the situation we have created and find that we are living in the house we have built. If we had known earlier , we would have done differently . Think like the master builder . Think of your home. Every day you put a brick wall or edify lift a roof.
BUILT WITH WISDOM . It's the only life you can build . Even if you only live for a day more, that day deserves to be lived graciously and with dignity. Your life now, is the result of your attitudes and choices in the past. Your life tomorrow will be the result of your attitudes and choices made TODAY !( Colossians 3:17,23 ) " 17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus , giving thanks to God the Father through him . 23 And whatever you do, work at mind, as to the Lord , and not unto men . "
WORK IN THE KINGDOM OF GODTHE HARVEST IS MUCH , AND THE WORKERS ARE FEW ( Mat.9 :36 -38 ) " 36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd . 37 He said to his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few . 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest. "
The threats to society in the XXI century . The global economy, hunger , disease, family disintegration , terrorism , migration , trafficking in persons , the environment, drug trafficking , international crime, the arms trade and money laundering among others.The high-crime , pornography , drug abuse and rebellion in our country is increasing every day . Divorce, child pornography, spousal abuse , and lack of human values ​​, moral and spiritual seed are infecting our society ( children ) . This situation should move us to compassion and work.
DECISION YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCEPeople are tired of finding a solution. Religion, without any teaching of Christ can be compared , drugs , debauchery , psychology , witchcraft , politics , science and others have failed to do anything for them , yet remain slaves.
1). THE TRUTH OF GOD IS THE SOLUTION (John 8:32). "You will know the truth , and the truth shall make you free" . The truth is the Word of God, and is within reach of your hands. The truth is the Sound Doctrine of Christ is in your heart .2). THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH . BUT ( Romans 10:17 ) says: " So then faith cometh by hearing , and hearing by the word of God." The Word of God says : ( Rom.10 :13 -15 ) " 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved . 14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him of whom they have not heard ? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 How will they preach unless they are sent ? As it is written :How beautiful are the feet of those who proclaim peace, who bring good news ! " .3). NOT ashamed of the Gospel (Romans 1:16-17 ) " 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes , to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith: as it is written , The just shall live by faith . " People are lost , wandering aimlessly like sheep without a shepherd . Jesus said (John 14:6 ) " Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father , but by me." But it depends on you and me , that these people are the way, the truth and the life God offers . Since Jesus did his part to come and die on the cross , ours is : Believe in Christ , follow him and talk to those who do not know .
GOD IS THE BEST EMPLOYER IN THE WORLDHere on earth the workers need unions , and human rights worker , to enforce their rights and with all that many employers do not give them what they deserve.
1). GOD DO NOT FORGET YOUR WORK . ( Hebrews 6:10) " For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in the saints , and do minister ."2). GOD WILL NOT LET YOU NO REWARD . ( Colossians 3:23-24 ) " 23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men , 24 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance , for ye serve the Lord Christ ."3). 1). Worship God in corporate worship . When you attend the Congregation HONOR GOD WITH YOUR GOODS( Proverbs 3:9,10 ) "Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops ; your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine." This teaches us that giving to God our goods is an act of worship. To others in the congregation give offerings and tithe for three reasons :1). IT IS AN ACT OF OBEDIENCE . The Bible says, " Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops ... Bring all the tithes into the storehouse ... the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered " ( Q.3 : 10; Malq.3 : 10; 1Cor.16 : 3. ) . When we please God , because he delights in obedience more than sacrifice .2). WHY IS IT FE . " And thy barns be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine ... I'll open the window of heaven and pour out so much blessing that ... Give, and it shall be given ... " ( Q.3 : 10; Malq.3 : 11) .3). IT IS AN ACT OF APPRECIATION . The Bible says: " Everything comes from you , and what you received from your hand ... God give waters and causeth the earth , giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater ... God shall supply all your need according to make his riches in glory " ( 1Cro.29 : 14 , Isa.55 : 10) .
God gives us life , health , wisdom , work and everything you need to live. We must be thankful to God and give what He has given us.
CONGREGATION when you attend OBEY GOD .The Word of God says : ( Heb.10 : 25) " Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together , as the manner of some ... " . We can not be solitary birds , God created us to live in community. You can not be a football star without belonging to a team.
CONCLUSION :The Word of God says : (Matthew 6:31-34 ) " 31 Do not be anxious , therefore, saying, What shall we eat , or what shall we drink , or what to wear? 32 For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things . 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness , and all these things shall be added . 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow , for tomorrow will worry about itself . " Sufficient unto the day is the evil . So the best way to spend time is in the kingdom of God.
