SPIRITUAL SENSES
(2 Kings 6:17) "Then Elisha prayed: Lord, open his eyes to see. The Lord did so, and the servant saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. "
INTRODUCTION. - Is very common in men than be swayed by what the circumstances will show, and this is the cause why many times, you end up depending more of the senses and of the mind to trust in God. Satan is well aware of this characteristic of human beings, and the advantage to use your strategy of surrounding human beings from adversity, provided well distract your attention and bring your eyes to the material. Satan has been perfecting this conduct every day, and so you can easily control who want, if you do not have a firm confidence in the Lord.
(Mar 6:49-52) "when they saw him walking on the sea, they thought it was a ghost and cried out: 50 For they all saw him and were terrified. And immediately he talked with them, and said: Take courage, I am not afraid! 51 And he went up unto them into the boat, and the wind ceased: and they were greatly astonished, and wondered. 52 For they had not understood about the loaves, because their heart was hardened. "
The man has a strong habit of carrying the human field everything that happens, and so it tries to solve the problems you are presenting, so that only what fits into your thought as immediate possibility, is what accepts and tries to develop to meet any extreme situation that comes your way. Example: stress / anxieties
Keep in mind that God actually wants and allows the man to act as far as his strength and understanding will permit, and once they touch the limits of the impossible in our mind, is when he goes to work. We've seen this reported by the Lord in the Gospels, when we speak of the miracles performed by Jesus, where he notes that almost always, God did what no man could do, but he left as a task to do what if it was within reach.
Just to remember the resurrection of Lazarus, where the Lord Jesus Christ clearly tells people who were with him that the stone from the tomb where Lazarus lay dead, and then orders the raising of Lazarus, which comes with bands and ties with he was buried, and the Lord says that the bandages. Well could the Lord resurrect without the intervention of humans, but as we said before, he let people do what they could do as was to remove the stone and let go bands, and what man could not do was resurrect, that what Jesus did.This forces us to think that all human beings have 10 senses instead of five as we have always known, since we have 5 senses indeed materials and five spiritual senses.
The important thing is to develop the spiritual senses to have equal and preferably greater sensitivity and strength carnal senses.The keys that prevent us from developing the spiritual senses, which are what make us see, feel, hear, feel and taste God's presence in our lives, and lead us to victory after victory.
I-FEAR OF MENOne of the most powerful causes that impede the development of the spiritual senses, is precisely the fear of men. We see this frequently and clearly, in companies, and in every organization where we are subjected to human authority, as often noted how it acts differently when present the head of that organization. Actually human behavior should be the same with or without the head boss present.
This is what has advanced the famous "THAT WILL SAY" which is so damaging in the spiritual realm. People are very interested in the opinions of those around him and therefore his conduct conforms to the view of others, so that they have a concept as it is to have, even if very different than they really are.
Mat 10:28 And do not fear those who kill the body but can not kill the soul: but rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
In verse basis, we see how the servant was frightened by the presence of the enemy. This raised only saw what he had carnal eyes, and forgot what his spiritual eyes allow him to see.
But Elisha, who did have well developed spiritual senses, proceeded to reassure his servant, and this is how in verse 16 he says: "Fear not answered Elisha. Those who are with us are more than they." And in verse 17, which is what we take as the basis for this sermon, we detail as Elisha prays to the Lord to give you the spiritual vision to his servant, so he can see what he was saying.
Here we see how the servant pleasant surprise was what Elisha had said.The important thing is to have a living faith in the Lord, and so in any circumstance that comes our way, we can be sure that God will work in our favor, achieving complete victory. for this is that the Lord tells us in Romans 8:31, "What shall we say to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
 II-SECURITY IN THE LORDElisha was a man from a wealthy family, but chose to leave all possessions in order to follow Elijah. Being with Elijah and approaching the time when Elijah would be separated from him, as did the heavens was caught, he was granted a wish, and Elisha's response was to have the wisdom that Elijah twice. Here we see Elisha making the best choice, because God chose things that worldly and earthly things, which are what attract many people in our age.
Ecclesiastes 7:12. For wisdom is a defense, and money is a more wisdom exceeds that gives life to its owners. -
You can get the shadow of wisdom or in the shade of the money, but wisdom has the advantage of giving life to its possessor.Back to our story regarding this sermon, we discover that Elisha had the assurance that what he was going to ask it would be granted by the Lord, and the reason for this, we also have, for the Lord in his infinite justice, has given to all alike, but some are more determined by God than others, and this makes the difference.
Luke 20:21 And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, do not regard the person, but teach the way of God in truth.
Psalm 125:2. - As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people both now and forever.
If you have a complete trust in God, you can have confidence also in their protection. To do this it is necessary that we get to have a close friendship with God, which is cultivated through prayer and practicing your commandments, for this brings us closer to him and we can get his advice, lessons and rebukes, where leading, in the will of God.
Only you can trust the person is known, because otherwise you can not do it. Therefore it is necessary that we have God as our best friend, who would count all we have in mind before you do, with the assurance that we will receive the best support to our concerns.
The knowledge of God should ask and seek, and for this we must go to the source of wisdom that is God himself.
(John 17:3) And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.So, we should ask ourselves a few short questions:1. Would you consult all the Lord?Two. Do your decisions are shared with the Lord?Three. Do you tell all your problems and successes to the Lord?April. You talk to the Lord and let him talk to him?May. Do you accept with pleasure the will of God?June. Do you read his word daily?
III-WALKING BY FAITHFaith makes possible what seems impossible, and allows us to see what we see. Many times someone is in a problem, like Elisha, "apparently hopeless", and there are two paths to follow.1 - Trust in God and believe his promises and move on2 - Rely on your own strength and in man and find in them the solution, which is impossible to move forward.

When you walk in faith, it is possible to see miracles like the one God gave Elisha, to be surrounded by large numbers of people to horses and chariots of fire, which greatly alarmed the servant, who just looked the circumstances his physical eyes and was already defeated by those forces threatening that he found in his presence.
Faith should be something that is part of the spiritual, because faith enhances the spiritual senses, so he sees, hears, touches, feels and like the presence of God, and this allows you to be sure you are not alone and that on the contrary, is covered by the protection that will take you to the other side safely.
Some say they have faith, but this faith is only theoretical, and then, despite his affirmation of faith, the results shown are different because:

IV-THE POWER OF PRAYER
We've all heard of the prayer as the best means to communicate with God, but the practice of prayer in many becomes routine, so that your prayers are but repetidera repeat, because they have memorized phrases I always recited in the same way and come to pray as we did before, ie previously learned reciting prayers.
If we know that prayer is talking to God, because we need to understand that because God is the most important person in our lives, it also should be treated with the same importance it deserves. I'm sure if you talk to some important man, you get an appointment, and they will do it, trying to be on time, and their preparation, both physical and intellectual the better. This time I ask, is your attitude like when you talk to God?
I will not dwell on this important point, but I will deal later, but if I recall that as Christians we must take this medium with the greatest responsibility, so that we can really enjoy the wonders that God has prepared for us.
CONCLUSION. -Our goal should be to strengthen our spirit, so that it becomes stronger than our flesh, and we become spiritual people, you will leave the land in which we live, we survive all the circumstances and obstacles that confront us daily in our walk towards the Lord,
So besides going from victory to victory, we, God's instruments to spread your message, so that many can be saved, and understand that God loves everyone, but that love what we freely accept and embrace in our hearts, replacing all that the enemy has placed trying to cheat, so that we turn away from God.
So the things we experience how our spiritual senses are dominating our body, and in this way will be possible for us to:
1 - Seeing God2 - Hearing God3 - Feel the Presence of God4 - Liking the word of God and his teachings5 - Feel the fragrance that only God has.
