SPIRITUAL PROSPERITY WITHOUT NO MATERIAL PROSPERITY

SPIRITUAL PROSPERITY WITHOUT NO MATERIAL PROSPERITY
Scripture teaches us that the way of God's people running from Egypt to the promised land, Canaan, in spiritual terms this amounts to saying that as God's people are taken out of the world and brought into spiritual Canaan, abundant life that the Lord Jesus came to give us, He said "John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy: I am come that they might have life and have it to the full", the Apostle John wrote:
3 John 22 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all as well as your soul, and be in good health.
Notice it says "prospered in everything" to the same extent that "your soul", ie that God prospers to the extent that our soul prospers, this means that my material prosperity depends on my spiritual prosperity, if beloved brother, God wants us to first understand the true meaning of life, for we have come to believe that our success is measured in relation to how much economic prosperity and we forget that life on earth is only a preparatory stage for our soul, the Lord Jesus told the parable of a rich man (Luke 12:16-21) that had "prospered materially" and he had said to his Soul "Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years, rest, eat, drink, have fun." But God said, "Fool! This very night your soul, and now who will own what you have prepared? ".
If beloved brother, life is not about material wealth (Luke 12:15), I'll tell you something you should know, the human soul needs to be satisfied, and the error of the world is to seek satisfaction in material things as house shopping, food, drink, drugs, sex, in short in all kinds of fun, and even when we Christians have not understood the reality of life we seek to satisfy our soul in the material blessing of God, so that when trials come and we are in economic, family or emotional we failed because we believe that success in life is material prosperity, so the Lord Jesus said to his disciples:
Luke 1229 Ye shall therefore not seek what you shall eat, or what ye shall drink, and do not be worried. 30 For the people of the world seek after all these things, and your Father knows that you need these things. 31 But seek his kingdom, and these things will be added. 32 Fear not, little flock, for your Father has chosen to give you the kingdom. 33 Sell your possessions and give alms; yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys. 34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
This is the most important point, where our treasure is there will your heart, as you know I'll tell you if you have your heart in the things of God, if you are seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness then your soul is still prosper because you understand that God cares for you, that's complete trust in God, that is faith, then you live acceptably and so he soon added you everything you need, everything!, the Scripture declares:
Ecclesiastes 226 For the person who pleases him, He has given wisdom and knowledge and joy: but to the sinner he has given the task of gathering and storing up to give to one who pleases God. This also is vanity and a striving after wind.God wants you to seek the God of blessing, not blessings, these come in addition, you do not look for riches, seek the God who gives, why is that sometimes our life becomes a burden because we strive for at material, and this is one reason why many are sick from the stress of the material life, the Lord said:John 1633 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage, I have overcome the world.
ReflectionWhen we understand that we should not trust in God, in His care, His provision, we started having trouble, anxiety, worry, maybe then you say what do you mean we must be poor brother? Of course not, dear brother, what you want to convey is that God wants to bless you but that your soul needs to prosper first, remember the commandment of God, to love Him before all things, that's prosperity in the Soul, wise Solomon wrote:
Ecclesiastes 63 If a man fathers a hundred children and lives many years, however many his age, if your soul is not satisfied with good things, and there is grave, then I say abortion is better than him.Notice that says if your soul is not satisfied with good things, if you read the book of Ecclesiastes you will notice that the look satisfy your soul with all kinds of pleasures, but understood that the soul is satisfied only when you are before God, not no greater joy, more pleasure, more glory to our life that dwell in his presence, David said:
Psalm 274 One thing I ask of the Lord, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple. He knew that the only thing that has value in this life is to seek God every day, when we see the life of David we realize that lived full of days, of joy, of wealth, of victory because I get to understand the secret of prosperity, which is the spiritual prosperity first and then the material is in addition, declares writing of David:
1 Chronicles 2928 And he died in a good old age, full of days, riches and honor: and Solomon his son reigned in his stead. The Success of the Christian is to remain in the presence of God, the psalmist said, "You are my portion forever and without you I desire nothing on earth (Psalm 73:25).Remember what God's Word says: Where your treasure is there will your heart ...The silver is mine the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts ...If we trust in seeking God as God wishes, He will bless us greatly, if we keep His Word, giving Him what He commands us, our tithes and offerings, and engaging us in the spiritual, He will bless us mightily, we prosper in this land for the glory of His name, for God is not a man that He should lie, nor a son of man that he should repent ...God bless you mightily in Jesus' name.
